PILATES

A low-impact, yet rewarding method of exercise. Spots are limited in our Reformer and Mat classes for individual attention for each student by the instructor. Pilates promises strength, stamina, and flexibility and is far more than just a workout for your core. Everyone can benefit from a Pilates class!

INDOOR CYCLING

High energy, loud music, low lights. Our cycling classes are focused on endurance, speed, and stamina to deliver a guaranteed sweaty workout. The class atmosphere and instructor inspires riders to push beyond their limits.

STRENGTH TRAINING

For those who would rather not be on equipment… our Strength Training classes are mat-based and use body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. These classes are ideal to build muscle, yet still kick that heart-rate up.
