FOUNDATIONS
[BEGINNER REFORMER]
New to the reformer? This is the class for you! We recommend all first timers start their reformer journey with this beginner class and stretch class hybrid. Our instructor will teach the anatomy of the reformer, spring settings, and the fundamental reformer movements and stretches. We move slow and controlled to ensure correct form and alignment for each student. Your muscles will thank you after this session!
FORME
[ALL LEVELS REFORMER]
Our signature, contemporary Reformer Pilates class. Build strength and flexibility through every movement while focusing on your breath and muscle engagement. Choreography and props can be introduced to enhance particular exercises to ensure every student has a challenge suited to their personal needs. We offer two difficulty levels [FORME I + FORME II] to guarantee a version of the class everyone will love!

JETÉ
[ALL LEVELS REFORMER]
When pilates and cardio collide… we get the jumpboard! The class is completely on the Reformer, but we incorporate dumbbells and the jumpboard for added cardiovascular training. The jumpboard can increase muscle strength, endurance, balance, stamina, and posture while overall being a fun way to move! We recommend taking this class at least once or twice a week to get your healthy cardio dose in your workout routine. We flow at a faster pace in this class.. so be ready to sweat!
RENEW
[ALL LEVELS REFORMER]
Our 30-minute reformer class dedicated to full-body recovery. This beginner-friendly class moves at a slower pace to stretch and hold different poses for ultimate muscle rejuvenation. We recommend RENEW once or twice a week to compliment your workout regimen.
POISE
[ALL LEVELS MAT]
Our 45-minute pilates class completely on the mat. We use the same props as we do in our Reformer Pilates classes to enhance the class to be just as a challenging as if it was on the reformer. New to pilates and not ready to meet the reformer just yet? Love the reformer but looking to switch it up? This is class is for you! Everyone will enjoy and break a sweat on the mat while learning the core elements of pilates in POISE.

By using the springs on the Reformer, students can increase the intensity and resistance as they continue to get stronger.
FULL BODY WORKOUT
The resistance on the Reformer creates purpose for every movement, resulting in muscle groups working together into a comprehensive full-body workout.
INCREASES FLEXIBILITY
The smooth and fluid motion of the Reformer carriage allows controlled lengthening and stretching of the muscles. We also dedicate the last 5-10 minutes of class to stretching.
MOOD BOOSTER
Pilates is the epitome of “mind-body movement”. Focusing on each and every movement, our nervous system is strengthen and enables a stronger brain to muscle connection. This results in a greater mood-boosting hormone release during and after each session.
LOW IMPACT
Reformers are gentle on the body and make Pilates an option for all fitness levels. The exercises require less stress on the body and can even improve injuries over time.

Yes. For sanitation and for your safety on the machine, it is mandatory to wear grip socks. Don't have any or forget to bring them? We always have grip socks available for sale ($16-$20 a pair) in studio or ahead of time though our app!

We recommend to wear snug bottoms like leggings or biker shorts due to our leg positions throughout the class. We also bend over frequently, so a high compression sports bra is also recommended. Ultimately, wear what you feel your best in while moving in different positions!

Reformer Pilates is an amazing workout during pregnancy due to it being so low-impact. We recommend our Foundations and Forme I class to our pregnant members. Always consult with your doctor before attending.
