Our classic 45-minute spin class! Sprints, hills, climbs, choreography combos, and so much more is packed into a fun, energetic ride. Follow along with the instructor on what you can do.. and have fun with it! Cycling is a very modifiable type of exercise, so it is perfect for beginners to advanced fitness levels. This class is a studio favorite!
CYCLE [STRENGTH]
The intensity of our typical Cycle class.. but we include arm work! We use dumbbells for 5-10 minutes of arms during the 45-minute ride. This class is ideal for the riders who want a total body cardio workout. A guaranteed sweat sesh!
CYCLE [EXPRESS]
Our standard Cycle class but condensed to a 30-minute ride! Perfect for those who have to get to work early or for those who want to get in a class during their lunch break. No excuses to not get in your daily workout!

We recommend to wear either bike shorts or leggings when you take a cycling class to prevent loose shorts getting caught on your seat. It is also overall just comfier when you are seated in the saddle! Wear what ever top you are most comfortable sweating in.

No worries at all! We encourage our riders to sit in the saddle and take a breather when needed. It is all for fun! Take your time to work up to everything the instructor can do.

If you have spin shoes with SPD clips, bring those! If you don't have spin shoes, our bikes are equipped with toe cages to cinch your tennis shoes into. Spin shoes are not required! We do not offer shoe rentals.

Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day and eat a snack before you attend. You are going to need the energy and hydration! We ask of you to arrive 15 minutes early to your first class so we can give you a tour, help with your bike set-up, go over choreography cues, and answer any questions you may have. It is all about fun in cycling! Don't sweat it (until you are in class ;) )
