KATY SAVOIE
Katy has always had a passion for people and movement. Growing up as a competitive dancer, her life has always been involved with fitness and wanting to encourage others to fall in love with it. Katy graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelors Degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Business Management and also danced as a Cowgirl Kicker. Katy is a NESTA Certified Personal and Group Trainer, a SPINNING Certified Spin + Spin Power Instructor, and a PIA Certified Mat + Reformer Pilates Instructor. She loves all of these methods of exercise and wanted to create a space for everyone to be able to practice them all under one studio. When not at BYLD, Katy loves to spend fun, quality time with her husband (Ashton), her son (Banks), and their golden doodle (River). Katy’s goal as an instructor is to inspire confidence and positivity to all of the BYLD members, in and out of the studio.
